The sugar in fruits is called fructose that breaks down into nothing but glucose at the end. The more you gorge on fruits, the more your insulin will spike unnecessarily and it will be stored as fat. Most importantly, fruits lack macronutrients, which your body needs to function!

OK. Morning is a time for carbohydrates but it doesn’t mean you gorge on it . Try consuming no more than 40 grams of carbs during your breakfast. Since carbs are the primary source of glycogen production in the body, you need them. Overdoing this will only make you fat and sluggish. Slowly try replacing them with fats.
