Buisness tycoon and Chairman of Reliance Industries Mukesh Ambani will be once again seen disrupting his fellow competitors as he’s up with a new scheme – Jio Fibre.
He revolutionised the way we consume data in 2016 and is now aiming to do the same with broadband and affordable smartphone business in the country.
As per reports, Reliance Jio Infocomm has started rolling out the Jio Fiber service or Fiber To The Home (FTTH) service in Mumbai and people in some areas have already got access to this service.
Apparently, the service is free for first three months and users are already getting a speed of somewhere between 70mbps to 100mbps.
Jio 4G sim users had complained about low speed data, so great care was taken by Jio Fibre to overcome this issue. The speed test reveals it’s potential.
The company Chairman, while announcing the 4G service last November, had said that his fibre will further revolutionize the way we used data.
He said that the service provided by Jio Fibre matches the most advanced wireline offerings in the world.
It will offer data speed upto 1 GBPS and the company plans to spread services to 100 cities in coming months.
So, “Jio” Up.
